It has been estimated that, globally, the number of overweight people will rise to 2.32 billion in 2025.

Overweight and obese people are more likely to develop certain diseases like cancer and diabetes. As a result of the growing global obesity problem, many scientists are working hard to find ways to solve the health problems. It is a fact that many people in developed countries are obese. Some people think that the rising levels of obesity are simply a result of a lack of exercise. Others think that it is due to poor eating habits. Whatever the cause, we can all agree that it is not good for us. Obesity is a serious health issue, and it can even lead to serious diseases like cancer and heart disease.

The good news is that we have new trends in health. Nowadays, many people have been doing a lot of research about how to improve their health. According to experts, the average person needs to walk 10,000 steps per day. A study was done recently on how effective it is to spend a couple of minutes per day exercising. It was found out that you can lose about 3 pounds a week if you are active for two to three minutes a day. That is equivalent to losing 50 pounds a year. Even though the results were small, they are still positive. If you don't have much time to spend in the gym, you can exercise at home. There are many ways to exercise at home. It doesn't have to be in the gym. For example, you can take walks in the morning or evening. You can even do yoga exercises at home.
